Outreach

Our Outreach team connect and build trust with people who are sleeping rough in the City of Perth and the City of Vincent. 

We work alongside people and have conversations to assess their individual needs so that we can refer them to suitable services, including our Tranby Engagement Hub.

We support people to access immediate accommodation and work with them towards securing stable, long-term accommodation.

Our Outreach workers are responsive to community need. We understand the importance of establishing direct lines of communication with local businesses, so we can work together to deliver an effective response to homelessness.
