Uniting WA is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) person-centred disability organisation. Everybody’s journey is unique, and so are their preferences for disability support. That’s why we tailor our disability support services to the needs of each person we support in WA.
You can refer yourself for NDIS services, or someone else can refer on your behalf.

Your NDIS plan is flexible! If you ever want to adjust your funding or supports, let us know and we will support you to request a plan review from your NDIS planner or support coordinator.
You should always feel comfortable to tell a team member from Uniting WA if you have concerns. You can talk to your Uniting WA Worker directly if you feel comfortable, otherwise you should reach out to:

- Our advocacy service ‘Your Say’ – and they will refer you to the best pathways forward
