Live in the Perth Metro area?
If you live in Perth Metro, please call 9220 1255 at exactly 11am from Tuesday to Friday. When you hear the answering machine, say your name and phone number and hang up. This is a first-come, first-served service. Packages are limited. You will be contacted if you are successful.
Emergency Relief provides support for people facing immediate financial crisis.
If you can’t afford to buy food or pay your bills – or you have unexpected family-related expenses such as medicine – then we may be able to help. Depending on your situation, we may be able to give you some assistance towards your bills or food.
If you need more help, we can refer you to other appropriate support services.
Emergency Relief is a high-demand service, so you’ll need to make an appointment to receive support.
If you can’t make it to your Emergency Relief appointment, please call us on 9220 1255 as soon as possible. Demand for this service is very high, so we’ll give your cancelled appointment to someone else.
