Architect Design Statement
The homes promote the independence, self-care and improved quality of life for all residents. The generous planning has expanded the building size as a direct result of allowing maximum mobility within and around the home.
The social benefits of the homes are significant to the residents and community as a whole as the tenants can continue to live independently with dignity for much longer without the need for relocation or institutional care.
The homes represent a significant community asset providing a diverse and inclusive living opportunity in the suburb of Riverton and City of Canning, while improving the lived experiences of all who reside there.
