Release of the final report of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) review.

Uniting WA welcomes the release of the final report of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Review. We are wholeheartedly committed to supporting the delivery of equitable, fair, just, and sufficient support for all Australians with disability.

Put simply, the NDIS needs to work better for people with disability and their families.

Together with these organisations, Uniting WA is calling for the immediate establishment of a Disability Reform Implementation Council to oversee how both the NDIS Review and the Disability Royal Commission recommendations are brought to life. And people with disability, their families, and the organisations that support them need a seat at the table.
