Ultimate behind-the-scenes footy experience for the young people we support.

Young people supported in Uniting WA Group Foster Care homes were recently given the ultimate footy experience, with a private tour of the West Coast Eagles’ training facility at Mineral Resources Park.

Guiding the group on the tour was Education Manager Bradd Dalziell and WAFL players Trey Ruscoe and Jason Gillbee. The group was given exclusive, full access to the facility, including the Eagles’ indoor footy pitch, training gyms, aquatic centre, and even the player locker rooms.

The tour guides shared insider info with the group, answered questions, and at the end of the tour, the young people got photos with the players and a bag full of Eagles merch to take home.

We’d like to thank the West Coast Eagles team for giving the kids the opportunity to explore behind-the-scenes of their favourite footy players’ lives.
